Leslee Harden currently holds the position of Director, MBA Program for the Edwards School of Business at the University of Saskatchewan.

She began her professional career in the not-for-profit sector serving as Executive Director of the Saskatchewan Branch of the Canadian Bar Association and then moving into the educational sector. Utilizing her business experience, she began working directly with students in the role of General Manager with the Students’ Association at SIAST Kelsey Campus and then General Manager with the University of Saskatchewan Students' Union (USSU). Her duties with the USSU involved serving as a mentor and resource to the elected representatives, overseeing the organization's diversified business operations and a staff of over two hundred students and professionals. She also consults with organizations in training and development initiatives and the facilitation of workshops ranging from strategic planning to teamwork and leadership enhancement.

Leslee is an alumnus of the U of S, having earned both a B.Comm. (Hons.) and an M.B.A. She is also an accredited facilitator of Insights Learning & Development - a program designed to improve human performance by unlocking potential and maximizing gifts and desires.
