Biography

Rosemary has received a Masters degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Industrial Relations, both from Queen's University.  She completed her PhD from the Centre for Industrial Relations at the University of Toronto and joined the faculty in the College of Commerce at the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon in 1992. 

Her research interests include, demographic effects on the labour force and on career patterns, as well as work-time scheduling including alternative work-time arrangements. Rosemary is co-author with David Foot of several demography papers, including, "Populations, Pyramids and Promotional Prospects".

Rosemary has been a speaker and consultant to private and public sector organizations regarding demography as it relates to the labour force, career patterns and changes in human resource management.
