Entrepreneurship Research

Research interests are in entrepreneurship, innovation and technology commercialization. Current research focuses on developing model to explain entrepreneurial thinking and behaviours and its impact on value creation. It employs novel research methodology including participatory action research, real time data collection and following longitudinally a company and its management, board of directors, advisory board members, employees, financiers from inception, through all its key milestones and decisions. Sanj is looking at entrepreneurship from a creative process, utlizing theory from the arts and performing arts as way to explain entrepreneurial thinking and behaviours. Sanj is dissertation is expected to be completed in 2010.
