Dr. William H. Murphy is Associate Professor at the Edwards School of Business, University of Saskatchewan, a visiting scholar at the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS; Jiaotong University, Mingang, Shanghai, P.R.C.) in Shanghai, and the Principal at Customer Delight Consulting LLC.   Dr. Murphy is a frequent speaker in Asia; for over eight years he has held a Visiting Scholar appointment at the highly rated Shanghai-based CEIBS.  In addition to a professed love of teaching, Professor Murphy has been an active researcher.   On a personal note, Dr. Murphy enjoys taking long evening walks and traveling with his wife as well as athletic pursuits including running and badminton; he is a former member of the U.S. Badminton National Team.  Many details for Dr. Murphy can be found at his personal website:  http://williamhmurphy.com/index.html
