Contracts Administrator

AREVA subsidiary, COGEMA Resources Inc., requires a Contracts Administrator in the Materials Management Department at the Corporate Office in Saskatoon.

As the Contracts Administrator you will assist in creating reports that will determine future procurement needs as well as preparing RFQs; prepare, update and maintain Outline Agreement, Contract Document and Addendum; manage all correspondence as it pertains to contracts; assist in the creation, maintenance and upkeep of all IQMS Documentation; handle discrepancies between contract and vendor invoicing; co-ordinate the resolution of blocked invoices with individual buyers; create and maintain purchase orders for Saskatoon Office; field inquiries regarding contract issues from within the Company and other duties as assigned.

Applicants for this position should possess 5 years of contract administration experience coupled with a diploma or certificate in Business Administration. Proficiency using SAP modules in Materials Management, Purchasing, Accounts Payable and Microsoft Office is essential. Applicants must also have basic knowledge of contract law and laws of competitive bidding as well as purchasing procedures and processes.
